The rematch will take place at The Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas.


Juan Manuel Marquez knocked out Juan Diaz last February 28, 2009 to win the vacant WBO lightweight and WBA Super Lightweight titles.


Now, Diaz will get his chance to avenge his loss on their first bout.
